Community Science Events
The Community Science Event benefit includes VINS Science Educator participation in an existing event at your school - an open house, parents night, science day, field day, etc. - for up to 2 hours. The goal is to highlight the kinds of activities that students and teachers have been (or will be doing) with VINS School Programs during the year and to connect with parents and the community. The VINS Science Educator can run up to 3 stations of hands-on activities or animal artifacts for families to engage with. Pick a theme from the following list or work directly with a VINS Science Educator to design a theme that will address the goals of your event.
